About Us Approved Toilet Rentals is headquartered in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania. Founded in 1997, Approved Toilet Rentals has grown to become one of the largest providers of portable sanitation in western Pennsylvania. Our service area covers five counties on a regular basis with extended areas by request. Through customer demands, we have increased our inventory to quickly serve your needs. We've included handicap and VIP units, as well as numerous additions to our amenities line such as hand washing stations and heaters. Our growth in the industry has made it necessary to expand our current facilities. A new office complex and warehouse are under construction on Route 288, Franklin Township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania; just east of Ellwood City.
