Damage Waiver
Each
year there is costly damage, destruction
and loss of portable toilet
units. Even when every
effort is made to ensure the safety of our units,
accidents happen. Equipment damage beyond minor
repair is the
responsibility of our customer.
If your insurance company will not cover
our
equipment rented to you, we can offer you a
damage waiver that would
release you from liability for
damage or loss of the rental unit. The
present cost
for the damage waiver is quite fair
considering replacement cost to you for a regular
unit is $650.00 and a handicap unit is
$2000.00.
If you choose to accept the damage
waiver*:
-
cost for a regular unit is $7.00 per
month/per
unit with $150.00 deductible

cost for a handicap unit is $20.00 per
month/per unit with $550.00 deductible
-
a detailed police report of theft and/or
vandalism damage must also be provided.
If you choose NOT to accept the damage
waiver*:
*Damage Waiver is offered on monthly
rentals only.
